Fast Tracked Hospitality Fitout:
A complete transformation delivered ahead of the Bulls’ return home.

The Brief

Following Bradford Bulls’ promotion to the Super League, Brit Systems sought to transform their newly acquired hospitality box into a space that reflected the club’s renewed energy and ambition.

The existing environment felt corporate and dated. The objective was clear: create a contemporary hospitality setting designed to enhance matchday experience, encourage social interaction, and deliver a premium yet durable finish suitable for regular high-traffic use.

Fast-Track Interior Transformation

Working closely with Brit Systems, we developed a clear understanding of how the space needed to function, balancing corporate hospitality with a more relaxed, social matchday atmosphere.

The design focused on creating a clean, modern aesthetic, enhanced by subtle branding elements that connect the space to the Bradford Bulls and their sponsor, Brit Systems.

A carefully considered layout ensured the space could comfortably support a range of uses, from seated dining to informal networking.

Design & Specification

Every element of the scheme was selected to achieve a premium hospitality experience.

Furniture selection played a key role, with durable, commercial-grade seating and tables chosen to provide both comfort and longevity in a space where food, drinks and hopefully celebrations are to be enjoyed by hosts and guests. The mix of dining and bar-height furniture allows the space to adapt easily to different types of use throughout the day.

Wall panelling was introduced to add warmth and texture, softening the overall finish and creating a more inviting atmosphere. Integrated lighting enhances the space, adding depth and creating a premium feel, particularly during evening events.

Branded features, including framed shirts and subtle graphic elements, reinforce the Bradford Bulls identity and bring a sense of personality to the space.

Timeline of Activities

Delivered within a two-week programme, the completed space provides a modern, high-impact hospitality environment ready for matchday use. The transformation has turned a previously underwhelming corporate room into a vibrant, functional space that enhances the overall experience for guests, while aligning closely with the Bradford Bulls brand.
